Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it.

Who We Are

This website is operated by Maybug Games, a commission painting studio based in Wrocław, Poland. When we refer to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy, we mean Maybug Games. If you have questions about how we handle your data, reach us at chris@maybug-games.eu.

Data We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to handle your commission inquiry and deliver our services. This includes your name, e-mail address, shipping address and any project details you share with us (model list, colour preferences, reference images). We also collect basic analytics data through cookies — see the Cookies section below.

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to prepare quotes, communicate project progress, arrange shipping and issue invoices. We may also use your e-mail to follow up on a completed commission or notify you about availability. We never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies required for the website to function (session management, security) and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with the site. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Data Retention

We keep your commission data (correspondence, invoices, shipping details) for the duration required by Polish tax and accounting regulations — currently five years from the end of the fiscal year in which the transaction occurred. After that period, the data is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion of non-essential data at any time.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at chris@maybug-games.eu. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools for analytics, payment processing and shipping. These providers process data on our behalf under contracts that require them to protect your information. Current providers include our hosting company, payment processor and courier services. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards are in place.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Last updated: April 2026.
